Warranty Information

Warranty Coverage: House of Silbergen warrants all jewelry against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the jewelry, and you follow the instructions for returning the product, we will at our option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, at our expense; (ii) replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is being replaced; or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product. House of Silbergen shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to House of Silbergen. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province, or country to country. Exclusions and Limitations: This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by House of Silbergen that can be clearly identified by the House of Silbergen trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-House of Silbergen products, even if packaged or sold with House of Silbergen products. Non-House of Silbergen manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers may provide their own warranties to you – please contact them for further information. This warranty does not apply to: (a) damage caused by use with non-House of Silbergen products; (b) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) damage caused by operating the product outside the intended uses described by House of Silbergen; (d) damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of House of Silbergen; (e) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of House of Silbergen; (f) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on parts; (g) damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product. Obtaining Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please have your original purchase receipt available as proof of purchase. If it is determined that the warranty applies, you will be given instructions on how to return the product at your expense unless prohibited by local law.
